First of all, I LOVE getting mail! Going to the mailbox with Jared when I get home from work is one of my favorite parts of the day, it's one of our little traditions. Usually there's a lot of bills and junk mail but every once in while there is an actual letter or note - it's my favorite! It may stem from Jared's mission days when I would check the mailbox at least ten times a day for a letter from him.
Anyways, I got the cutest note in the mail this week and it just made my day! Not only was it handwritten, but handmade too! I think in the age of e-mails, texts, voicemail, etc. that handwritten notes are few and far between, especially from anyone under the age of 18. So I was really impressed and excited to get such an awesome card.
Long live handwritten notes!
