Gibson Family

I had a session with the Gibson family on Saturday morning and it was a blast, their kids are SO CUTE! I think this has been one of my favorite sessions yet, she gave me the go ahead to get really creative so we went with it! I'm probably the most indecisive person ever when it comes to picking a favorite picture so here are a few that I can't pick between... (and special thanks to Makell for being the best assistant EVER!!)

This ain't no Dunder Mifflin...

Sorry for the lack of posts lately. Jared left a week ago for his internship in Chicago with OfficeMax Corporate and my life just isn't that exciting without him!

This was our #1 choice from all of the internship positions he applied for so I am SUPER proud of him!! It's a really intense program and most interns leave with a job offer so it's worth the time away I guess. But I still miss him lots! I got this picture today of the whole group (he's on the top left) with the CEO, Sam Duncan. Pretty cool!

In the meantime I'm going to have to figure out some stuff to blog about since life is so boring now! I'm going to a photography workshop in Austin the weekend that I'm super pumped about, then next weekend I'm going up to Chicago to see visit!! There's something to look forward to!

My little buddy

My friends, Mike and Megan, left yesterday to move to Utah where Mike got a great job. I'm really excited for them and their three cute boys, they'll get to have adventures in the mountains, go fishing, and not die of heat exhaustion in the process! But I have to say that I am sad, Megan is a great friend of mine and I've really bonded with Elijah, Andrew, and new baby Peter. They are the cutest bunch of boys.

Andrew is 3 and we were instant friends from the get go, he would stand out on the porch when I pulled up and yell "HI TYAMMMMM!". (The other day Megan said "He's sure going to be dissappointed when one day he realizes that your name's not Tyam.") He would show me all of his toys and rocks and drawings and movies. He sat right beside me at an Aggie baseball game and handed me popcorn one kernel at a time, noting each time "this is a good one!". I just love him!



I'll miss you guys!

Mr. & Mrs. Hatch

My sister, Kellye, got married this weekend and everything was absolutely perfect. They are the cutest couple and so happy together. They got married in Houston and then the reception was at my parents' house in Tyler. She was going for a romantic feel with tons of flowers and candles, fun cocktails and amazing hors d'oeuvres, it was really amazing. The pictures will be up soon (taken by the famed Megan Knorpp). I just can't get over her dress - gorgeous!!

I'll post more about the details later (8 bridesmaids, 9 flower girls, and all the dresses made by my mom!) Here are two pictures that Megan sent me yesterday - instant classics.

Cute cousins part 2

During our trip to the Woodlands I got to take a few pictures of my cute cousins, Ashton and Savannah, before the party.
